  • Why private yoga?

    You’re curious about yoga and feel intimidated by the idea of trying a public class

    You’ve experienced physical or emotional pain, loss, or trauma and want to explore embodied healing one-on-one

    You are leading a retreat or conference and want to be able to offer a yoga component to really amp up the experience for your attendees

    You want to add a yoga experience to a special event or occasion like a wedding, birthday, or other milestone

    You're an employer that wants to boost your employee-satisfaction by offering your team a mindfulness/yoga break in their workday

  • What happens in a private yoga session?

    Private yoga can be an on-going or one-time service for groups or individuals.

    This is a collaborative partnership. We’ll discuss your goals before we meet so that we have a framework that we’re working within. Each session we’ll start with a check-in and then I’ll facilitate a combination of guided breathing, meditation, and movement that is tailored to your needs. There will also be time at the end to process what came up for you and track your progress.
