Nice to meet you. I’m Kelsey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor serving the state of North Carolina (License #16671) as well as a Qualified Supervisor (#QS133563). I’ve been practicing as a therapist since 2012 in a variety of settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient mental health, as well as in university counseling centers. My practice is inclusive of all genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, faiths, abilities, and sizes and I operate from a trauma-informed, systemic lens.

I hope that through working together you feel more seen, more empowered, more embodied, more grounded, and more alive.

On a personal note, I’m a total foodie, an aspiring gardener and ceramicist, a devoted dog-mom, and live with my spouse in Raleigh. I use she/her/hers pronouns.
