Nice to meet you. I’m Kelsey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina (License #16671) as well as a Qualified Supervisor (#QS133563). I’ve been practicing as a therapist since 2012 in a variety of settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient mental health, as well as in university counseling centers. I currently serve as the internship program coordinator at the NC State University Counseling Center for Master’s-level counseling and social work students where I get to provide training and supervision for clinicians-in-training. My clinical practice is inclusive of all genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, faiths, abilities, and sizes and I operate from a trauma-informed, systemic lens.

I hope that through working together you feel more seen, more empowered, more embodied, more grounded, and more alive.

On a personal note, I’m a total foodie, obsessed with creativity, an avid reader, always trying to get outside, and I live with my spouse and two dogs in Raleigh. I use she/her/hers pronouns.
