If you need to cancel an appointment, please call or email to notify me at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. If you fail to notify me and do not show up for your appointment, I require a full out-of-pocket payment for the cost of the scheduled appointment.

Note: Insurance companies will not pay for missed sessions.

I am not obligated to make up time if you are late for a session. More than a half hour lateness constitutes a late cancellation and this may result in me cancelling the session.

If I am ill or have an emergency that arises, I will inform you that I will be absent and we will reschedule.

I try to inform my clients of my vacation or conference schedule at least two weeks in advance.
